Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of product development experience in the retirement industry.
• In-depth knowledge of retirement product features, trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical skills for market analysis, customer research, profitability assessments, and risk/compliance assessments.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to educate audiences and advocate recommendations with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and facilitation skills; leadership to mentor peers.
