Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced strategy leader to drive enterprise retail initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will translate priorities into actionable plans, manage milestones, and support executive discussions with market insights and governance reporting.

Collaborating across Retail leadership, Product, Operations, and IT, you will ensure disciplined execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery of high-impact projects in life insurance and financial services contexts.

Qualifications

8+ years in enablement, analytics, distribution and strategy within financial services.
Experience supporting executive leadership and managing cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability to drive execution across complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience in sales, distribution, or retail financial services preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of the enterprise retail strategy aligned with business objectives.
Use market analysis to identify key growth opportunities and translate priorities into actionable plans.
Monitor initiatives, track progress, and escalate risks with recommendations.
Lead cross-functional retail initiatives from planning through execution and governance reporting.
Develop executive-level summaries and reporting materials for leadership and board discussions.
Foster collaboration across Retail, Product, Operations, and IT to enable strategy execution.
