Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of product development in retirement industry.
• Deep knowledge of retirement product features and regulatory trends.
• Strong profitability metrics understanding.
• Excellent market analysis and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic market analysis and competitive intelligence vision.
• Evaluate opportunities, build business cases for investments.
