Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in retirement or wealth industry.
• Experience leading transformation and managing through organizational change.
• Strong communication skills, with senior stakeholders including regulators and C-Suite executives.
• Network of industry relationships is important, including regulators.
• Deep understanding of retirement plan administration and regulatory landscape.
• Experience with product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine long-term strategies for retirement and workplace business.
• Identify and evaluate new addressable markets and expansion opportunities.
• Ensure strategic alignment between business objectives and product development initiatives.
• Build and maintain competitive positioning through market analysis and strategic planning.
• Provide strong leadership to establish near- and long-term goals and secure talent and resources.
• Drive revenue growth through identification and execution of new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
• Foster strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
• Oversee business development initiatives to capture market share.
• Go to market – ensure a singular go to market message to grow sales and client relationships.
