Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Washington, DC, seeks a Policy Project Manager, Retirement to support the Retirement Practice Council, coordinating public policy work on multiemployer plans, pensions, retirement policy, and social security.

You will manage volunteers, lead annual strategic planning, and oversee external events and publications. You will use Asana and other tools to plan, track, and deliver outputs, develop budgets, and draft briefing materials for leadership.

Qualifications

• College degree and at least four years of professional experience.
• Project management experience strongly preferred; Asana a plus.
• Experience in an association, trade, or legislative/regulatory environment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retirement Practice Council's public policy work and publications.
• Plan, track, and report on work products using Asana and other tools.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and governance records for the Practice Council.
• Manage external events and stakeholder engagement, including hill visits and webinars.
• Prepare briefing materials and reports for Board and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to spotlight policy work with external speakers.
