Job summary

PARS is seeking a Plan Support Administrator to deliver outstanding service to plan participants, run orientations, and process enrollments and withdrawals. You will travel to client sites, present information, address questions, and assist with enrollment while coordinating with trustees and annuity providers to ensure smooth distributions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service, a finance-related background, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in customer service required.
• CA Life Insurance License and Annuity training preferred.
• Experience in a financial setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and plan participants with plan support needs.
• Monitor the support contact line, handling 30–40 calls per day with excellent service.
• Coordinate communications with clients across phone, email, fax, mail, etc.
• Develop relationships with clients, trustees, annuity representatives, and plan participants.
• Coordinate with clients, partners and internal departments to resolve product issues and provide research and support.
