Qualifications

• Answer incoming participant calls and resolve questions.
• Identify inactive or abandoned plans with Admin team.
• Update plan and participant records with recordkeeper collaboration.
• Perform participant searches using LexisNexis and third-party tools.
• Calculate benefit payments and explain options.
• Assist with IRA processing procedures.
