Public Agency Retirement Services (PARS) is seeking a Plan Support Administrator to deliver exceptional client service to plan participants. You will conduct orientations, assist with enrollments and withdrawals, and coordinate with trustees and annuity providers to ensure smooth distributions.

Travel to client sites for orientations and workshops will be required. The role emphasizes customer-service excellence, data accuracy, and strong communication skills, with a typical workweek involving

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• Experience in a financial setting; CA Life Insurance License, CA Annuity Training, CEBS.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and plan participants with plan support needs.
• Monitor the support contact line and handle 30–40 calls per day with excellent service.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, fax, mail, and other channels and communicate with clients.
