Job summary

WillHire in Towson, MD is seeking a client-focused representative to assist customers with retirement plan information. You will handle inbound calls, educate participants about 401(k)/403(b) plans, and perform data entry and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates are proficient with Microsoft Office, possess strong communication skills, and can multitask in a dynamic environment. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates problem resolution and document processing.
