Job summary

Slavic401k seeks a Specialist, Plan Support to foster client relationships and deliver exceptional service for Select Market retirement plans. The role acts as primary liaison for service delivery, partnering with Relationship Managers and other departments to ensure client satisfaction through clear communication.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in client-facing service, 1+ year in 401(k) industry, and familiarity with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client facing customer service experience.
• 1+ year 401(k) industry experience required.
• 1+ year of Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level client service via inbound calls and emails to Select Market clients.
• Deliver accurate, timely service while meeting performance metrics.
• Foster teamwork and customer-centricity for first contact resolution.
• Use Salesforce and Relius to address client questions and requests.
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Serve as liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Educate clients on plan tracking, changes, and regulatory updates.
• Host virtual meetings to discuss plan changes and amendments.
• Develop customized reporting based on client needs.
