Guardian Life seeks a Retirement Plan Manager to govern and manage retirement programs including defined contribution, defined benefit, and executive plans. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure compliance, risk management, and top-notch participant experience.

The role emphasizes program design reviews, governance improvements, and leading implementation of new services in a hybrid in-office model. Strong ERISA and regulatory know-how are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, governance, fiduciary support, consulting, or retirement program management.
• Deep expertise in qualified and non-qualified retirement plans including DB, DC, and executive programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA fiduciary requirements and IRC provisions.
• Proven ability to implement plan design changes while mitigating operational risks.
• Experience supporting retirement governance activities and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Experience reviewing operating model improvements in regulated environments.
• Experience managing complex vendor relationships and influencing performance.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage operational, compliance, and fiduciary risk.
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance, compliance oversight, and strategic management of retirement programs.
• Support participant engagement through strategic review and planning.
• Lead implementation of new programs with end-to-end processes.
• Coordinate and oversee nondiscrimination testing, regulatory filings, audits, and other compliance.
• Support alignment of plan documents and administrative practices across plans.
• Serve as a contact for vendor relationships, governance reviews, and service delivery improvements.
• Support automation, analytics, and process simplification initiatives.
