Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Retirement Benefits Manager to lead expert support for retirement and financial wellness programs in the U.S. and Canada.

The role oversees administration, compliance, governance, and vendor management to ensure competitive and compliant retirement programs. You will collaborate with HR Shared Services, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external providers to optimize plan performance, participant outcomes, and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive retirement benefits experience.
• Strong knowledge of qualified defined contribution plans and 401(k) administration.
• Experience with retirement plan governance, audits, and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for all retirement benefit plans and programs, ensuring effective administration and compliance.
• Assist in the design, governance, and ongoing administration of retirement and financial wellness plans.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, trustees, auditors, consultants, and service providers.
• Support retirement plan governance processes for decision-making and committee meetings.
