Busey is seeking an Internal Sales Consultant for Retirement Plan Services in Illinois. You will support sales growth and service existing client relationships by preparing analyses, responses to proposals, and tailored presentations.

You will engage with prospects, discuss plan comparisons and assist onboarding, while staying current on industry regulations. The role requires collaboration with the sales team, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.

Qualifications

• Robust oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and present findings.
• Knowledge of retirement plan industry trends, regulations and rules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to respond to proposal requests and participate in discovery calls.
• Analyze information for prospective and current retirement plan clients and benchmark fees, services and investments.
• Understand competitors and position our solutions effectively.
• Prepare tailored proposal presentations based on analysis.
