The position operates in a hybrid schedule after training, with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. The pay rate is $23 per hour, with benefits eligibility for a temporary position.

Qualifications

• Data Entry Assessment Required.
• 2+ years of recent experience in financial services, ideally retirement planning.
• Experience with a CRM is preferred.
• Call center/phone experience with strong professional demeanor.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Minimum HS Diploma (BS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Answers and responds to email inquiries regarding issues.
• Processes forms and basic transactions such as roll overs, transfers, and death certificates.
• Diagnoses issues and provides client-driven solutions meeting IRS rules.
• Interprets retirement plan rules and regulations.
• Audits account activity for regulatory compliance.
• Reviews client requests for corrections and guides branches on resolution.
• Maintains retirement plan knowledge via resources and training.
• Communicates with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Reviews daily productivity reports to evaluate performance.
