The role handles email inquiries, forms processing, and retirement plan rule interpretation, with emphasis on IRS compliance and client-focused resolutions. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in financial services (retirement planning preferred), strong data entry skills, and basic understanding of retirement plan rules.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent experience in financial services, preferably in retirement planning or related fields.
• Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field and some professional experience are encouraged to apply
• Ability to quickly learn retirement planning basics if recent graduate
• Experience using CRM software is preferred
• Call center experience is a plus
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and a minimum score of 5500 KPH at 85% accuracy on data entry assessment
• Proven reliability with minimal attendance or tardiness issues
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to email inquiries and resolve client issues
• Process forms and perform basic transactions, including rollovers and internal transfers
• Diagnose issues and provide client-driven solutions compliant with IRS regulations
• Apply retirement plan knowledge to interpret rules and regulations
• Conduct audits of account activity for regulatory compliance
• Review client requests for corrections and guide branch staff on resolutions
• Stay updated on retirement plan rules through ongoing training and resources
• Communicate, research, and resolve issues with internal departments
• Review daily productivity reports to evaluate personal performance
