Job summary

Noblesoft Solutions in Memphis, TN is seeking a Retirement Plan Services Associate to support the retirement plan department. The role focuses on processing forms, handling rollovers and internal transfers, and performing phone work as needed in a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

The candidate will review inquiries, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with other departments. A background in financial services or a finance degree with strong data entry, CRM familiarity, and proficient MS

Qualifications

At least 2 years of RECENT experience within financial services or recent finance degree with some work experience is preferred.
CRM experience is preferred.
Call center experience is preferred.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; alpha-numeric data entry assessment required with scores at least 5500 KPH and 85% accuracy.
Clear written and verbal communication skills; grammar and spelling must be precise.
Ability to navigate multiple systems with dual monitors.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Reliable attendance with minimal tardiness is required.

Responsibilities

Answers and responds to email inquiries regarding issues.
Processes forms and basic transactions, such as handling rollovers and internal transfers.
Accurately diagnoses issues and provides client-driven solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
Interprets retirement plan rules and regulations.
Conducts audits of account activity to ensure regulatory compliance.
Reviews client requests for corrections and guides branch personnel on resolution.
Maintains knowledge of retirement plan rules via resources and training.
Communicates with other internal departments to resolve issues.
