Formación

• Less than 1 year of experience in Relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs.
• 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management.

Responsabilidades

• Present retirement plan products to key decision makers.
• Schedule visits with potential referral sources.
• Prospect new clients through various marketing programs.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Submit new business paperwork by deadlines.
• Represent Paychex positively in the community.
• Develop sales skills continuously.
• Travel for conferences and training as needed.
