Job summary

Paychex is seeking a sales professional in San Francisco to grow our retirement plan and benefits product portfolio. You will identify prospects, present Paychex solutions to decision makers, and convert opportunities into new business while delivering exceptional client service.

Key requirements include a high school diploma, 2 years in sales or sales management, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• < 1 year Paychex experience and completion of required training programs.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan and benefits products to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect using phone, mail, seminars and local marketing programs to generate new clients.
• Assess prospects’ needs and refer to the appropriate Paychex team.
• Resolve client problems promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Enter prospect, sales and client notes into Salesforce.com for seamless service.
