Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market for Philadelphia & Trenton, NJ. You will coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to service brokerage firm representatives and drive business results.

You will deliver motivational presentations, build long-term relationships with intermediaries, and apply consultative sales skills to improve Plan Sponsor outcomes. Licenses Series 7/63/66 and relevant designations are required.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven track record of sales success in mutual funds and retirement plan sales.
• Ability to leverage technology resources to create custom analysis.
• Excellent communicator with significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space.
• Synthesize information and present it in a distilled manner.
