Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market. You will partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers and manage relationships with brokerage firms to drive business results and client outcomes.

You will present to financial intermediaries, set goals, and measure performance while leveraging technology for analysis. Strong licensing and RIS experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven track record of sales success in the mutual fund business and retirement plan sales.
• Ability to leverage technology to create custom analyses.
• Excellent communicator with significant sales experience in the registered investment adviser space.
• Ability to synthesize information and present it concisely.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market.
• Partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group presence and drive results.
• Sell through financial intermediaries and work with senior sales force to optimize outcomes.
