Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and collaborate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to serve brokerage firms. You will deliver motivational presentations and use a consultative approach with intermediaries to improve plan sponsor outcomes.

Requirements include Series 7, 63, 66 licenses (or equivalents) and relevant designations; base compensation starts at $75,000 with bonuses and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• Must hold Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses or equivalent.
• Strong sales and client relationship skills in mutual funds and retirement plans.
• Ability to deliver presentations and perform analyses with technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in Retirement Plan Sales market.
