Capital Group, a leading financial institution, seeks a Retirement Plan Counselor to drive sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market across the Philadelphia & Trenton, NJ area. You will partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to serve brokers and plan sponsors, delivering compelling presentations and building long-term relationships.

The role requires a proven sales track record in mutual funds and retirement plans, strong communication skills, and the ability to leverage

Qualifications

• Must have Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses or equivalent.
• One or more of AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, CFA designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in Retirement Plan Sales market.
• Coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group presence.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations to brokers and plan sponsors.
