Job summary

Capital Group in Philadelphia/Trenton seeks a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives across the Retirement Plan Sales market. You will identify the needs of firms and representatives, and coordinate with Capital Group wholesalers to drive business results.

You will bring a proven track record in mutual fund and retirement plan sales, with strong presentation skills and required licenses (Series 7, 63, 66 or equivalents) plus applicable designations.

Qualifications

• Must hold Series 7, 63 and 66 or equivalent licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in Retirement Plan Sales market in Philadelphia & Trenton, NJ.
• Identify firm and representative needs and coordinate efforts to serve them.
• Partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to promote Capital Group products and drive business results.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations to brokers and plan sponsors.
