Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market in the Philadelphia & Trenton area. You will coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group presence and drive business results with key brokerage firm representatives.

You excel at delivering motivational and informative presentations, building long-term relationships, and leveraging data-driven analyses to improve plan sponsor and investor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven sales success in mutual funds and retirement plan sales.
• Ability to leverage technology for custom analysis.
• Excellent communicator with significant sales experience in the RIA space.
• Ability to synthesize information and present it clearly.
• Must have Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses or equivalent, plus designations.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market across Philadelphia & Trenton.
• Coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers and Capital Client Group presence to drive results.
