Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market across Philadelphia and Trenton, NJ. You will partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to drive business with brokerage firm representatives and deliver compelling presentations to intermediaries.

• Lead retirement plan sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market.
• Coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Group's presence and relationships with brokerage firms.
