Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Active Series 65 license required.
• 3–5+ years with employer-sponsored retirement plans or similar.
• Strong knowledge of 401(k), 403(b), and other defined contribution/benefit plans.
• Familiarity with ERISA regulations and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Experience presenting to plan committees and executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for employer-sponsored retirement plan clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings, plan reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Support sponsors with fiduciary responsibilities through reviews and recommendations.
• Analyze investment lineups, fees, and plan performance to improve outcomes.
• Prepare and present retirement plan reviews, benchmarking reports, and analyses.
• Coordinate with recordkeepers, admin partners, and internal teams for a seamless experience.
• Provide retirement guidance to participants through enrollment meetings and consultations.
• Deliver workshops and communications to help employees save and invest.
• Assist participants with questions on investment options and retirement planning.
• Stay current on ERISA requirements and industry trends.
