Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Specialist within Plan Administration & Implementation (PAI) to accurately execute high volumes of incoming documents, research activity, and manage relationships with internal partners. You will ensure compliance with ERISA law and support RMD-related processes for retirement plans.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while communicating professionally across departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to commute to one of Schwab’s work location in Austin, TX or Richfield, OH 3-4 days per week
• College degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Execute high volumes of incoming documents and research activity.
• Manage relationships with internal business partners.
• Ensure absolute regulatory compliance with ERISA requirements.
• Meet deadlines for Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) and process participant elections.
• Communicate with other departments to drive participant communications.
