Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an Operations Specialist for Personal Choice Retirement Service (PCIS). The role focuses on operational project support for plan sponsors, participants, TPAs and advisors in a B2B setting, emphasizing data-entry accuracy, problem resolution, and proactive client communication.

The candidate will collaborate with internal partners, manage multiple tasks with high productivity, and adhere to compliance standards while supporting ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Brokerage Operations.
• Accuracy and attention to detail (typing, reading, etc.).
• Must have a sense of urgency, excellent operational, organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex work.
• Possess advanced analytical skills with the ability to prioritize complex tasks.
• Excellent technical skills, with the ability to utilize multiple applications at one time, including MS Word and Excel, internet researching, database systems, and email.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist PCIS in performing operational functions in a Business-to-Business environment.
• Collaborate with internal partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to service and/or operational functions.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively such as data-entry and Quality Assurance Reviews while meeting service level standards.
• Analyze, research, and resolve cases by working with manager and communicating with internal resources.
• Participate in ongoing projects and adhere to compliance/risk procedures.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy
• Process documents received
