Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees eligible for retirement savings plans. The role includes delivering enrollment and education meetings, traveling as needed, and supporting education campaigns to boost participation.

You will leverage a strong background in financial planning tools, seek bilingual communication, and contribute to client satisfaction with a competitive benefits package and bonus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
