Job summary

OakTree Staffing is seeking an RPS Support Analyst II to review participant forms, resolve processing issues, and prepare data mapping templates for Omni Plus Recordkeeping.

You will create IDFs, use OmniMapper and Plan Convert, liaise with Relationship Managers, and help ensure timely, accurate client data while supporting special projects.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, attention to data quality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science with 2–3 years in investments consulting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with data mapping and VB-based tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review participant forms and contact clients to resolve deficiencies.
• Create import definition files (IDFs) for OmniPlus transactions.
• Collaborate with RM teams to support client relationships and data standardization.
• Provide backup coverage for Move-It data transfers and assist with special projects.
