Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in financial services, retirement planning preferred.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Call center experience is preferred.
• High data entry speed with accuracy (5500 KPH, ≥85%).
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to email inquiries regarding issues.
• Process forms and basic transactions (rollovers, internal transfers).
• Diagnose issues and provide client-focused solutions compliant with IRS rules.
• Interpret retirement plan rules and regulations.
• Audit account activity for regulatory compliance.
