Job summary

Revolution Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Retirement Plan Services department. The role focuses on processing forms, rollovers, internal transfers, and handling customer inquiries, with some phone work.

The candidate will ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues. A High School Diploma is required, and a Bachelor's in finance or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RECENT experience in financial services, ideally retirement planning, or recent graduate with finance-related degree and some work experience.
• Experience using a CRM software to review info prior to processing transactions.
• Experience working in a call center environment preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication; grammar and spelling accuracy.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously with dual monitors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Reliable attendance with minimal tardiness; no upcoming extended time off during busy season.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to email inquiries regarding issues.
• Process forms and basic transactions, such as rollovers and internal transfers.
• Diagnose issues and provide client-driven solutions meeting IRS/regulatory requirements.
• Interpret retirement plan rules and regulations.
• Audit account activity for regulatory compliance.
• Review client requests for corrections and guide branch personnel on actions.
• Maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules via resources and training.
• Communicate and resolve issues with other internal departments.
• Review daily productivity reports to evaluate performance.
