Job summary

A financial consulting firm in the United States is seeking an experienced Independent Retirement Analyst. This role involves gathering and analyzing census data, preparing governmental forms, and conducting compliance reviews. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in compliance testing, a relevant degree, and strong skills in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat. A collaborative spirit is essential, as you'll work closely with clients and teams to support various consulting efforts. This position is office-based, requiring significant computer use.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in an Independent Retirement Analyst role with compliance testing experience.
  • ASPPA QPA, NIPA equivalent, or higher is preferred.

  • Gather and analyze census data.

About the Role

  • Mentor and collaborate with teams and individuals from all departments
  • Support Consultants in client meetings as well as take the lead
  • Assist in plan design discussions with Consultants and clients
Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in Mathematics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years in an Independent Retirement Analyst role with compliance testing experience
  • ASPPA QPA, NIPA equivalent, or higher
Required Skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Proficiency with FT Williams Compliance software (data scrub, trust accounting, testing, Form 5500, and report building) is preferred

Normal office conditions 100%. Sedentary for extended time periods while working on a computer. This role routinely uses office equipment such as computers and phones.
