Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Conversion Analyst to manage the transfer of retirement plan assets between recordkeepers. You will ensure accurate data transfer, process participant loans, and review plan assets from multiple recordkeepers while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in incoming plan conversions in retirement services.
• Experience with reconciliation and parsing large data packets.
• Working knowledge of 401(k) investment processes, including trading windows and settlement periods.

Responsibilities

• Verify completeness and accuracy of incoming plan documentation.
• Process and reconcile incoming plan assets from multiple recordkeeping platforms.
• Decide asset investment timing and methodology for accurate conversions.
• Set up and validate participant loans during conversions with correct terms.
• Act as SME on incoming plan source types and system configuration during conversions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve conversion issues and meet customer needs.
• Monitor channels to identify trends and provide timely support.
