Job summary

A leading employee benefit firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a Conversion Analyst to manage and coordinate all phases of plan set-up for conversions. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from previous service providers. Candidates should have experience with retirement plan recordkeeping and ideally hold ASPPA or CEBS designations. Full benefits and a hybrid work option after one year are offered in addition to a competitive salary between $55k and $75k, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Implementation Project Management/Conversions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of retirement plan processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all phases of plan set-up for start-up and conversion plans.
• Prepare necessary forms and ensure their completion for trustee and trading platform setup.
• Gather documentation required for conversions and mergers.
