Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Conversion Analyst to manage the transfer of retirement plan assets between recordkeepers. You will collaborate with partner teams to ensure accurate data transfer and to review plan assets from multiple recordkeeping companies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years working with incoming plan conversions in retirement services.
• Experience with reconciliation and parsing large data packets.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUP and large data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Verify completeness and accuracy of incoming plan documentation.
• Process and reconcile assets from multiple recordkeeping platforms.
• Decide asset investment timing and methodology for conversions.
• Set up and validate participant loans during conversions.
• Serve as subject matter expert on incoming plan source types and system alignment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex conversion issues.
• Monitor channels to identify trends and provide timely support.
