Corebridge Financial is hiring a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees eligible for retirement savings plans. The role offers an incentive bonus based on plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings.

The position involves presentations, education campaigns, and travel as needed. A strong background in plan education, licenses, and bilingual ability are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 preferred; appropriate state licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to educate on plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist in annual plan review and financial education planning.
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory; up to 25% travel may be required.
