Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in retirement services or related role.
• Proven relationship management experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Solid MS Office skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides client support and customer service for daily client inquiries through verbal and written communication.
• Fosters relationships with assigned clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborates with primary plan contacts, partners and advisors to respond to requests and resolve issues.
• Excels in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Participates in knowledge sharing with colleagues.
• Provides clear participant guidance, employer communications, and retirement education sessions.
• Simplifies complex retirement concepts for non-experts.
• Maintains employer relationships and resolves service gaps.
