Job summary

Moneta is seeking a Retirement Plan Client Service Administrator in Clayton, MO to support the operations of a client team specializing in employer-sponsored retirement plans. Responsibilities include coordinating educational events, tracking engagement, and enhancing client experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors in coordinating presentations and managing online education.
• Track participant engagement and feedback from education sessions.
• Maintain a calendar of upcoming education events and deadlines.
• Prepare materials and coordinate education events for 401(k) plan participants.
• Support administrative preparation for client review meetings.
• Enhance client experience by improving processes and workflow.
• Assist in coordinating vendor and client paperwork.
• Manage daily office operations including scheduling and organization.
• Provide marketing and branding assistance as needed.
