Job summary

Moneta Group Investment Advisors LLC in Clayton, MO, seeks an operations and project management lead for the retirement plan advisory team. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage client deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met from onboarding through ongoing plan reviews.

You will work closely with Advisors, Partners, clients, and service providers, owning communications, content, and process improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• Minimum of five years of retirement plan/benefits or relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel/PowerPoint a plus.
• Familiarity with Canva and Salesforce is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for the retirement plan advisory team.
• Serve as liaison among Advisors, Partners, clients, and service providers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of qualified retirement plans (401(k), Profit Sharing).
• Manage client onboarding, communications, and content coordination.
