Responsibilities
Support Client Service Managers and Advisors with administrative preparation for client review meetings.
Enhance overall client experience by incorporating efficiencies in processes and workflow.
Assist in coordinating client paperwork such as new account forms and statements.
Manage bill payments, prepare month-end expense reports, and track financial transactions.
Coordinate client travel arrangements including itinerary preparation and special accommodations.
