Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Must be available to work fully on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Service Managers and Advisors with administrative preparation for client review meetings.
• Enhance client experience by improving processes and workflows; monitor areas for improvement.
• Coordinate client paperwork such as new account forms, statements, signature forms, and reports.
• Manage daily office operations including scheduling meetings, mail, client file organization, and supply orders.
• Process payroll, create invoices, and manage vendor reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate client travel arrangements and maintain calendars and appointments.
