Job summary

Moneta is seeking an experienced operations and project management professional to serve as the hub for the retirement plan advisory team in Clayton, Missouri. The role drives cross-functional initiatives, oversees client onboarding through ongoing reviews, and ensures adherence to procedures while coordinating communications with Advisors, Partners, clients, and service providers.

The ideal candidate will manage deadlines, support content creation, and maintain accurate data and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance preferred.
• Minimum five years of retirement plan/benefits or related experience.
• Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Canva a plus; U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and project management for the retirement plan advisory team.
• Serve as liaison among Advisors, Partners, clients, financial institutions and service providers.
• Support onboarding through client reviews and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Prepare client materials, investment reports, agendas and executive summaries.
• Manage vendor relationships and deadlines across records providers and TPAs.
• Lead development of client communications, education sessions and materials.
