The role coordinates client onboarding through ongoing plan reviews, aligning with Advisors, Partners, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with emphasis in Accounting, Business or Finance
• Minimum of five years in retirement plan/benefits or related work
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel/PowerPoint a plus
• Familiarity with Canva and Salesforce a plus
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Coordinates cross-functional initiatives and manages deadlines across client deliverables, service provider relationships, and internal workflows.
• Provides operational support to Advisors and Partners, ensuring adherence to team processes.
• Manages client onboarding, reviews, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintains materials for client meetings, investment performance reports, and executive summaries.
• Liaises with recordkeepers, TPAs, and service providers to meet critical project timelines.
