Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Client Manager to provide expert guidance on retirement plans, ensuring accurate documentation, timely renewals, and effective client communications. The role involves interacting with clients, carriers, and internal teams to support plan implementations and open enrollment processes.

You will review plan materials for compliance, assist with 5500 filings, and mentor staff while maintaining strong client relationships and service levels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience providing corporate retirement plan service.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• FINRA Series 65 or 66 or willingness to achieve within 4 months of hire.
• AIF designation or willingness to achieve within 12 months of hire.
• Strong understanding of qualified retirement plan benefits and providers.
• Valid unrestricted Life and Disability License in California.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact for Clients, Carriers and others on the Client Service Team.
• Review contracts, plan documents, and other legal documents for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate form 5500 filing procedures as applicable.
• Work with carrier reps and Client Service Teams on new retirement plan implementations.
• Present renewal and new business materials to clients and prepare enrollment meetings.
