Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Retirement Account Executive within the Retirement Plan Services team. You will manage and grow relationships with employer retirement plan clients, delivering strategic consulting, implementation support, and ongoing fiduciary and investment advisory services.

You will conduct deep-dive plan assessments, lead RFPs and vendor selections, coordinate implementations, and provide customized investment guidance and plan reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retirement plan consulting & design, recordkeeping/TPA, or related experience.
• Strong technical expertise in retirement plan design, fiduciary responsibilities, and investments.
• Ability to deliver consultative client service and translate benchmarking data into recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; comfortable briefing senior leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common reporting/benchmarking tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of retirement plan clients.
• Lead plan assessments, reviewing design, service providers, fees, investments, compliance risks, and participant behavior.
• Lead RFPs, vendor selection, and plan conversions; coordinate implementation with carriers, recordkeepers, TPAs, and internal specialists.
• Provide ongoing investment advisory and fiduciary support, customized investment guidance, education, plan reviews, regulatory updates, and issue resolution; present findings to senior stakeholders.
