Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Remote Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees. The role includes presentations, education campaigns, and participation growth, with eligibility for incentive bonus based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold Series 7/66 and state insurance licenses; CFP/ChFC desirable. Remote work with up to 25% travel, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Support education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate them about plan participation.
• Travel as needed up to 25% for new plan enrollments.
