Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant in Jacksonville, FL to provide guidance to plan sponsors and employees about retirement savings plans. You will deliver in-person or virtual presentations, participate in benefit fairs, and support education campaigns.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), Series 7/66 licenses and state insurance licenses; CFP/ChFC desirable. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Series 7, Series 66 licenses preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate on plan participation
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments
