Reporting to the Managing Consultant within the Retirement & Wealth team, The Retirement Consultant at MMA will be responsible for servicing existing or prospective clients. This role works alongside the Marsh & McLennan Agency sales team in their efforts to retain existing clients and secure new retirement business. In this position, the employee will gain a strong foundation in all aspects of the retirement consulting business, equipping them to grow within the practice and the company. The Retirement Consultant will be relied upon for insight and broad knowledge of retirement plans for clients, specifically clients who have a formal retirement or investment committee structure. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where they can align a client’s long‑term business strategies with their retirement plan options. This position also plays an important role in securing new clients through activities integral to the new business development process. The applicable base salary range for this role is $89,500 to $166,900.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
