Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work daily in the Phoenix office during regular business hours.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Administer retirement benefits programs (401(k) and ESOP) for employees.
• Assist team members with retirement benefits needs and recordkeeping.
• Maintain confidentiality and track data activity.
